About PgConnect [PgIT2.0]


PgConnect is a centralized web-based platform developed to streamline IT operations within the organization. It serves as a one-stop system for managing IT support tickets, procurement tracking, inventory monitoring, and administrative oversight.

The platform enables the IT team to:

  • Log and manage user-reported issues related to hardware, software, networking, and Office 365
  • Monitor procurement activities by entity, category, and timeline
  • Track IT asset movement and user activity, such as login history
  • Maintain visibility over support workload and staff performance

PgConnect enhances collaboration across multiple teams by consolidating service requests, asset data, and performance metrics into a single dashboard. It is currently operating on Version 2.0.

To ensure secure access, the portal (available at https://pgconnect.rastali.com) implements a protected login system requiring a valid username and password.

The login is further secured with Google reCAPTCHA to prevent unauthorized or automated access, helping to protect sensitive IT and procurement data and ensuring that only authorized users can access the platform.
